Greatest theatre ever! Sound can be almost painfully loud at times though. The smallest popcorn is a $7 bucket; they should have a bag half that size & price. Taking the elevator to LL is the best way to get out afterwards and let's you out next to the less crowded lower bathrooms.
It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but this is honestly intended to be a safety warning. The movie theater itself is a great theater but it is unbearably hot in there. There is nothing to cool the room down or any circulation at all. Considering most of the Oppenheimer times were sold out it was unsafely hot in there to the point where I was dripping sweat by the end of the film.This is a major liability and they need to figure this out asap.
The volume is way too loud and needs to be adjusted other than that it's a beautiful theater. They had 500 people in attendance
Really fun experience going to this theater! The screen is huge and the sound is awesome. There is on one screen so usually on one movie playing at the theater on a given day. Only downside is that the seats do not recline and there is no reserving seats, so it is first come first serve. If you are picky, get there like 40 minutes early because there will be a huge line. Not sure if the employees really care if you bring in food from Fuddruckers but it’s right next door and people do it all the time.
Had a great time watching Napoleon last night. It was a busy show and I was worried our seats towards the side weren’t ideal. But it turns out there isn’t a bad seat in this theater. The screen is a true IMAX screen and must be 3 stories tall.
Then, tragedy struck. I got home and realized my wallet wasn’t in my pocket! This morning we rushed back there to see if they had it. Julia took us over to the sales desk where they had a wallet in waiting, but unfortunately it wasn’t mine. So Julia took us into the theater 10 minutes before the show started and helped us look for it and SHE FOUND IT! Julia is a hero, not just for finding the wallet but for caring enough and being thoughtful and kind while I was in such a panic. Thank you Julia!!
Went 1/1/23 to see Avatar. WOW! I am so glad we made the long drive to Jordan's! Definitely no falling asleep with the butt kickers in the seats. You could feel the movie and it was fantastic! Small loud kids you couldn't hear because of the amazing sound inside the theater. Great location! The line was a bit long when we arrived but I am glad we went early to wait!
I really like going here because they only play two previews before the movie starts. Depending on the movie and its word of mouth, you should arrive at least an hour before it starts so you can get a good place in the line that builds up or else you will not be happy with the seat you're forced to take.
I saw Oppenheimer with friends at the IMAX Theater. The audio was loud, the picture was clear although there were dents in the screen that were noticeable during certain scenes.
The chairs were fairly comfortable even after the three hour movie.
The only suggestion is to obviously purchase tickets in advance.
